Hi all! We just laid down two of these 5-gallon oak barrels for the expansion of our vinegar production. We already have apple cider from our farm apples which is used in our non-alcoholic beverages (AKA Shrubs) and in some of the tasting recipes, but this adds Rose and Merlot to the mix.

It will be about 6-months before we have a full flavor profile, but we're excited about the prospects! Come enjoy our tasting lounge this week - we're all set-up for the crazy Southern Oregon weather.

Tapestry Vineyard & Farm will be at Shop'n Kart from 2-5 today sampling our amazing Sauvignon Blanc, Rose and Merlot! Henry and Jason will provide samples and plenty of information and fun as you complete your shopping. Located a stones throw from Shop'n Kart on Crowson road in Ashland, our regenerative wines are local, small batch and meticulously crafted. We look forward to seeing you there!

We were really happy to have Rogue Valley Audubon Society visit Tapestry Vineyard and Farm today for their annual bird count! Thank you! I can't remember what they found, but it required the services of a large spotting scope, so I think it was worthwhile!

We really enjoy the community being here and partnering with us to support local wildlife, amazing people, diverse organizations and regenerative viticulture.

We had the site scouting yesterday and are very excited to have the Southern Oregon Audubon Society at the Tapestry Vineyard and Farm this Saturday for part of their bird count for this area. Super great people and we're glad our property can support their awesome efforts!
