Did you know pasture-raised pork often looks and cooks more like beef than conventional pork? Because the pigs move more and build stronger muscles, the meat is usually darker, richer, and less watery than the pale pork most people are used to seeing at the grocery store.

Mitch finally ended his miss streak with foxes, and I was trying to end my miss streak with coyotes. 😂
