We enjoyed our trial year of growing sunflowers and harvesting the seeds! 🌻🌻🌻 We learned how it would work and what we can try differently. It will be fun to see what the field does on its own next year.

Of course if I had more time there’s so much I would do! We also planted and harvested a bit late. As well as they were hand planted on a field that hadn’t been planted on.

Good evening! Tomorrow is butcher day for GFC Farms! We still have 2.5 pigs left if anyone is interested in some pork to fill your freezer! 🐖 Our family personally thinks the bacon, ribs and sausage links are a must.
