I just want to clear something up because I’ve had a lot on my mind lately. 🖤
Oris Hallow is NOT quitting. I’m still making treats, I’m still baking, and I’m still going to be posting! 🧁🍓🍰
But honestly, there are SO many treat makers popping up right now, and with everything going on in my personal life, I’ve found myself second-guessing a lot of the things I’ve wanted to do with my business.
I’ve wanted to do a cake pop cart for a LONG time, way before I started seeing them everywhere. But now that they’ve become such a big thing, I don’t want to finally do something I’ve been planning for a while and have people think I’m copying someone. And with all the negativity and everything else I’ve been dealing with lately, I just don’t want to put that pressure on myself.
I also have a job outside of treats now, so things may look a little different around here. I may not be posting or creating as constantly as I used to, but that does NOT mean I’m giving up on Oris Hallow.
I genuinely love baking. I love making treats. I love creating things and seeing an idea in my head turn into something people can actually enjoy. That will always be something I love. 🖤
So no, I’m not quitting. I’m just taking things at my own pace, focusing on what feels right for me, and reminding myself that I don’t have to compete with anybody.
