Who's hungry??!!! First time cooking an heritage hog. They cook way different. Lots of fat pockets. Caused flare up. Tho damn this pig tastes good!!!!!!

Big Daddy's is at it a again. 140 pig in the pit. Different kind of pig I have never cooked before. It has been an interesting morning. Will be posting more pics as the day goes on.
