Hi neighbors.. there is a man that walks up and down rider all the time with his dog.. I have not seen the man in weeks but have seen the dog. And now the dog is down the street lost off crane. Does anyone know who the owner is?

The garage sale has been postponed for a week. We need to get the word out and let people know some items that we will be selling and get some notices on neighborhood sites. Please let us know if you plan to participate and some items you might want to sell. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks

Hi Neighbors!
I’m sure by now everyone has received Bills letter.. surprisingly.

As far as maintenance of the front of the neighborhood, it would be great to create a schedule and expectations for the landscaping. Michael and I are capable of mowing and w**d eating as needed, but I’m sure you wouldn’t like my tree trimming skills as they are not superb.

I would also love to propose we get festive with the Hollidays?

Maybe a neighborhood meeting would be nice to keep in touch, Ofcourse nothing like an HOA but as oak view family!

Hi neighbors.

Many of us here have outdoor pets that wonder.
Many of us are also guilty of speeding up and down the drive.

Let’s all do a better job of watching our speed and surroundings.

I understand things happen and sometimes things out of our control happen no matter what.

Someone hit our cat this morning and did not say a word. We found him lateral screaming in pain.

We are all so blessed to live in a place where our animals can be one with nature. But let’s all be more careful, god forbid it had been someone’s child and not Roper.
