Celebrating 5B’s with our brisket!
Come Celebrate our 2nd Birthday with our “All Things Brisket” Pairing Dinner
It is hard to believe we have been open for nearly 2 years. Each day has been a wonderful blessing to the owners, managers, and staff at 5B Barbeque and Brews. We have been blessed with superb customers, wonderful suppliers, and a caring and competent staff since we opened. Well, it is time to celebrate!!!!
That’s right, it is time to celebrate the 2nd Birthday of 5B Barbeque and Brews on Wed, Jan 24. (For those of you that attended last year’s B-day dinner, you found out that one of the owners, Kent, shares his birthday with the restaurant….and this year is the big 5-0 for him.) Starting at 6pm, we will have a 5 course pairing dinner showcasing that most wonderful of meats - beef brisket. Yep, we are preparing 5 courses that all incorporate brisket in a different way; and each will be paired with a drink that highlights the course. Andy Waller, Sommelier with Georgia Crown, will be joining us again to discuss the beverages while Kent with 5B’s explains the food.
Seating will be by reservation only and the cost is a fixed $55 per person + tax and gratuity. Please call 5B’s main number at 706 920 1129 to secure your reservation before we fill up.
