Some stories are passed down. Others are planted, grown, and eventually poured. πŸ₯ƒ

π€πππ’πž π‘π¨π¬πž, our latest release, brings together the two things at the heart of Doc Brown: family and the land we’re fortunate enough to steward. Named for Doc Brown’s youngest granddaughter, this release carries the same curious, creative, one-of-a-kind spirit as her namesake. It’s a bourbon with its own personality, rooted in where it comes from and made to tell a story with every pour.

On the palate, rich caramel and warm vanilla lead into ripe stone fruit and toasted pecan, finishing with a lingering touch of brown sugar. At its foundation are the heirloom grains grown right here on our farmβ€”carefully raised with intention and transformed from seed to still into a bourbon that is distinctly ours.

Because while the oak gives bourbon its backbone, we’ve always believed the grain is what tells the story. And π€πππ’πž π‘π¨π¬πž is a story we’re especially proud to share.

Every great bourbon deserves a cocktail that lets it speak for itself. The π‡πžπ« π…πšπ¬π‘π’π¨π§ was created to showcase Addie Rose Bourbon without overshadowing what makes it special. The warmth of heirloom-grown grain, rich caramel, toasted pecan, and soft stone fruit are lifted with just a touch of honey and bright orange bittersβ€”proof that the simplest recipes are often the most memorable.

β€’ 1 oz honey syrup
β€’ 2 dashes orange bitters
