Burger Bowl Recipe with New Breed
Ingredients (Serves 2):
2 New Breed Juicy Burger patties
4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or lettuce)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup roasted sweet potato cubes (optional)
2 tbsp sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
For the Dressing:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Cook the Patties: Prepare the New Breed burger patties according to package instructions until golden brown and heated through. Let them rest for a minute before slicing or crumbling.
Assemble the Bowl: Divide the mixed greens between two bowls. Top each bowl with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, red onion, and sweet potato cubes (if using).
Add the Patties: Slice or crumble the cooked patties and place them on top of the bowls.
Make the Dressing: Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup and salt.
Finish and Serve: Drizzle the dressing over the bowls, sprinkle with seeds for crunch, and enjoy a quick, nutritious dinner!
