In the early 1980s, Ed Bauer set out to make a better margarita. That quest grew into a passion for great cocktails, quality ingredients, and the moments shared around them.

Years of family trips to Mexico filled with great food, tequila, ocean views, and margaritas inspired Ed to create a mixer worthy of the tequila he loved.

After years of refining the recipe with family and friends, EZE’s Top Shelf Mixers was born. Today, EZE comes in three handcrafted flavors: Original, Hibiscus, and Jalapeño.

A better margarita started it all. 🍹
