💻 We’ve been working hard and coming up with all kinds of recipes that we will be publishing on our website soon. Big Ed’s Pancake Mix is so much more than just pancakes! 🥰 Most importantly, it’s a way that we can all make a difference with cancer research while honoring the man behind our mission, Big Ed! ❤️

❤️ The man behind our mission, Ed Mirynowski, would have celebrated his 63rd birthday today. While he is no longer with us physically, his spirit lives on forever. In honor of Ed’s birthday and love for an absolute, knock-down pancake, let’s all eat a stack of Big Ed’s Pancakes!! 🥞
