Her Garden and Produce We are a family-owned and operated micro-farm in Nicholson, GA, 15 minutes north of Athens, GA.

We grow an eclectic variety of vegetables and fruits, from bok choy to ginger to persimmons and strawberries.

Yes, we grow our own Luffas/Loofahs! Did you know that you can eat the luffa? If the fruit is young and tender, you can peel the skin, cut it into pieces and put them in soup like a zucchini! If you let the luffa grow to be larger and more developed, the fruit becomes fibrous. You can then use them as natural body sponges! We grow our luffas to eat and to make sponges.
