I would invest the $25,000 into growing Nourish & Flow, my wellness brand dedicated to helping people nourish their bodies and minds through food, education, and community. The funds would help me develop wellness programs, create educational resources, and take meaningful steps toward opening a space where healthy food, healing, and connection come together.
