Mike Sherrard was a pleasure to work with in both the selling and buying of our homes. On the seller's end of things, Mike set a price for our home with great expertise and knowledge. Within a week, we had over 10 showings of our house. We had the house under contract in a short amount of time, and initially a deal fell through only to have it under contract with another a short time later. Mike was a great counselor through the emotional disappointment of the deal falling through! Negotiating the final deal of the sale of our home was made easy as well. Mike was very pleasant, professional and well mannered, but at the same time, not stuffy and actually a lot of fun to be around. Good appearance even for the one time walk through a horse pastures. Always kept us updated and so we very rarely had to contact him but when we did, he was quick to return calls. A list was given to us with our very picky criteria and we looked them. Our yes pile was mapped out with directions and maps. This is my 4th house and for sure the best experience. If I look again, Mike will be my first call. We were not just left hang after our closing but were sent a reminders to file Homestead Exemption. I will continue to recommend Mike for anyone looking

We used Mike to look for our retirement home. I was really amazed at his ability to move from one house to another in the course of the day, it was so smooth with no back tracking. This process was long due to the "MUST HAVE's" or the wish list that we had if we were buying the so called final house. I was very impressed by the way he would really listen to our conversations and take notes so that with each recommendation he would find house that had that criteria that we had set for him.
