After suffering from scary and dangerous side effects from medications, Sonia decided to change her lifestyle for good and found success in the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. And since no meal is complete without dessert, Sonia began experimenting with sweet treats using SCD ingredients. Not only did the SCD diet allow Sonia to live a medication-free life, the goodies were also were a hit with both family and friends.
