504A: Standard Iron-Based Sachets, 504BZ: Absorbents that are specially made for case ready beef and other case ready meat applications in a low temperature environment. It can reduce the oxygen level from 20.9% to 0.1% in less than 10 hours, and 0.05% in less than 24 hours in a cold temperature environment. Are used in a modified atmosphere packaging that maintains refrigerated meat in pristine condition for 18-25 days and 504F: Non-Iron Based so they will pass thru metal detectors while absorbing O2.
TH-200CE Auto-Dispenser: Automatically feeds and cuts Oxygen Absorbents from a continuous strip wound on a Reel or Belt. Fully adjustable from our 20cc up to our 500cc oxygen absorber. The configuration is easily set up through a Color Touch Screen and Complete Access with Full View of Feeding Process. CE Certification and a Portable Adjustable Supporting Base that provides Easy Mount over or Alongside a Production Line is available. Also, an Optional Nitrogen Gas Chamber. The unit can be a master or slave to an existing line. A photo electronic sensor will trigger when to dispense and will stop cutting if detecting possible false cut to eliminate the danger of opening the sachet into production. Simple to use and integrate just plug directly into a 110 VAC or 220 VAC.
