Everything we indulged in ! π₯© π£ On our weekend staycation at the Loews Atlanta Hotel in midtown we indulged in some elevated eats and sultry sips from Ashland, the new steak and sushi restaurant and bar on-site.
Ashland: gorgeous circular bar in the center of the lobby greets you. Beside it are stunning of green booths, marble tables and drop lighting. In the dining room, you feel like youβre outside but with the luxuries inside.
π± Wednesday bento box: available at Wednesday lunch only. This box has: sashimi, maki, teriyaki salmon with rice, fried shrimp or vegetables, salad with ginger dressing, dessert: matcha flan. My favorites were the super fresh salmon sashimi and the sweet and savory teriyaki salmon.

π₯ In-room amenities are spectacular like the two cocktails and charcuterie we got. The cocktails were Sour Atlanta and Fun Day comes with Prosecco. Then a domed charcuterie with macrons, meats, cheeses and crackers.
π³ Brunch buffet at Ashland has all the brunch faves. The main draw for me is the make your own omelette, which I loved their omelet veggies! Plus, they have lox ingredients to make your own lox plate or bagel, the best cheesy grits, bacon and sausage, home fries, and a decadent pain au chocolate I enjoyed with my coffee!

Pork belly is tender and fatty, great rich au poivre sauce and fried onions on top.
π Salmon tartare is light, fresh, buttery and melt in your mouth salmon. Salty red caviar, tons of flavors, crunchy wonton.
π Half Chicken is tender and juicy with a sweet, savory sweet tea brine!
π₯© Australian Wagyu Black Opal Skirt Steak is charred outside and tender inside, well seasoned, so good with the herbaceous truffle butter, buttery lemony hollandaise or the rich au Poivre!
πΉ Also got: unagi sashimi, Garden of Ember and lychee Royale cocktails, brussels, cucumber salad.
