Piece By Piece 🧩 I’m fixing me!

Hey y’all! I know I’ve been MIA, and I wanted to check in to let y’all know that I’m still here!!!🙌🏾 I’ve been taking some much needed time to focus on my recovery. Life slowed me down for a reason, and I’ve been honoring that.

Just know, I miss being in the kitchen, I miss creating, and I definitely miss serving y’all those “Now that’s a plate!” meals.💋

I’m healing, I’m growing, and I’ll be back…stronger!

Family, friends and everyone who has been holding me in prayer, thank you. Truly!🙏🏾

I want to share an update from a place of transparency and humility. Recently, I was hospitalized and admitted to the ICU due to acute hypoxic respiratory failure. It was sudden and one of the scariest moments of my life. There were moments where breathing was all I was asking God for while my body required close monitoring and intensive care.

By the grace of God, I am no longer in the ICU, but I am still in recovery and back on supplemental oxygen. Healing is taking time, patience, and rest, more than I ever anticipated. This season has required me to step away from work and normal life in ways that have significantly impacted me financially.

Asking for help does not come easily for me, but right now, financial support is what I need most and I will not allow ego or pride to silence my truth or my need.
