General Summary of position(s):
-Assist in the operation of the production process in an efficient manner
-Complete tasks assigned from supervisors and room operators
-Clean and sanitize processing equipment and facility
-Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Safety procedures to ensure safety and quality of products and plant
-Demonstrate ability to prioritize conflicting demands and willingness to rapidly adjust to productions schedules
-Executes assigned task within established schedule
-Safely operate packaging and labeling equipment.
-Comply with Company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
-Clean and sanitize processing equipment and processing facilities

Preferred Skills, Knowledge, or Abilities:
-Prior experience in a Food Manufacturing warehouse.
-Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
-Good mechanical aptitude.
-Problem-solving skills.
-Ability to communicate effectively with team members both verbally and in written format.
-Contribute to efficiency, quality, and cost optimization with minimal supervision and a positive attitude.

Custom Beverage Concepts, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our West Georgia facility. This position is responsible for any and all purchase order processing & base level customer care.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following areas:

-Order Processing & Data Entry

-Interacting with customers to solve issues and questions about products, services, and policies

-Establish new customer accounts and record account information

-Identify the appropriate response and strategy to solve customer issues as quickly as possible

-Relegate customer concerns or discrepancies to supervisors or the appropriate department and provide context when necessary

-Manage phone calls, emails, and other communication channels regarding purchase orders

-Assist customers on placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

-Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support

The ideal candidate for this role has the following qualifications:

-1-2 years' experience working in a professional office environment

-Excellent customer service skill

-Must have at minimum moderate computer/ Microsoft Suite skills and the ability to adapt and learn new systems

-Excellent written and interpersonal skills

-Be highly organized, detail oriented and be able to multitask and prioritize workload

-Must be able to work on a team as well as independently

-Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
