Fourteen years ago today, my son’s baccalaureate service marked the beginning of a major milestone leading up to his high school graduation. 💙🎓

As a mother and entrepreneur, moments like these remind me why we work so hard, keep pushing, and keep building — for the people we love and the legacy we’re kreating.

Time truly waits for no one. The years move fast, but the memories stay with us forever.

Today I’m simply grateful for the journey, the growth, and the blessing of watching my son become the man he is today. 🥹💕

At King Kreations PCS, we always say food is more than just eating… it’s nourishment, comfort, care, and sometimes a little bit of strategy. 👩‍🍳💕

Mom’s doctor told her she didn’t want her losing any more weight, so her personal chef (me) got to work. 😏

As a chef, I stay up on nutrition because food can truly make a difference, especially as we get older. Well… “Operation Fatten Up Mom” was officially a success because Mom has now gained enough weight that she can no longer fit the green pants she was so happy to finally get into. 🤣🤣🤣

The pants are currently somewhere crumpled up, stressed, and offended because Chef Sonya got involved. 😂

So now we have to back it up just a little bit and find that sweet spot where she feels good and maintains comfortably. Whew chile… being the family chef never clocks out. 😂

Food really is love in action. 💚
