That’s the inspiration behind The Seasonal Table—our new quarterly dining series celebrating exceptional food, handcrafted Washington w**e, and the ingredients that define each season.

We’re excited to partner with Chef Mauricio Sanchez to launch this series. For the inaugural Summer Edition, Mauricio has created a menu inspired by the freshest flavors of summer, featuring zucchini blossoms, Peruvian ceviche, grilled peaches, and your choice of scallops, prawns, or grilled flank steak—all thoughtfully paired with Prohibition Cellars w**es selected to complement each course.

Throughout the evening, Chef Mauricio Sanchez will introduce each dish, while our w**emaker Sandor Faludi shares the stories behind each pairing, creating an experience that celebrates both the food and the w**e.

Hosted in the barrel room of our working w**ery, The Seasonal Table is an intimate evening that brings together exceptional food, handcrafted Washington w**e, and great conversation.
