So excited to announce we will be receiving these charcuterie cheat sheets for the upcoming Fall, Football, Thanksgiving, Christmas and also the American Flag. These are the best. I ordered the flag for the 4th of July and it turned out amazing. They are laminated with heavy duty vinyl which makes clean up a breeze till the next time you use it. Our Package Deals are available for pick up Wednesday thru Saturday. They must be ordered and paid for at least a day before pick up. You can order on Saturday and not pick up till the following Friday. It will not be prepared till the morning of pick up to ensure maximum freshness. Our butchers arrrive two to three hours before we open to prepare special orders, packages and load the meat counter up. Once we open we are dedicated to waiting on each customer and "meating their needs." If we have several customers come in and want a package deal right then, it can sometimes wipe the counter out and leaves other customers waiting to get a couple of items. While trying to re-cut the counter we not only can't get to customers in a timely manner we can be out of product. There is a reason to the way we do things and we have found this works best. Now you know.
