Some things refuse to stay buried. 🧟‍♂️🍺

Up From Below is a full-bodied Double NEIPA brewed with Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops from New Zealand, plus a haunting touch of Meadowfoam honey.

Bright grapefruit and lemon-lime zest hit first, followed by juicy tangerine and a ghostly hint of gooseberry. The honey brings it all home with notes of toasted marshmallow and smooth vanilla.

Sinisterly smooth. Dangerously juicy. Just a little bit sweet.

8.5% ABV. Dig in while it lasts.

You might not know this but we actually get quite a few wedding invitations sent to the brewery. We love to share these internally with the team and we love the stories about the role our spaces, people, and product have played in other people’s love stories. We can’t usually make it to the ceremony, but we did want to take the chance to do a video response to Miguel and Adriana. They got married today! Congrats to the newlyweds. Be on the lookout for some Monday Night mail! 💒🍺

🥬 With everything going on with lettuce right now, someone needed to plainly say: the only safe lettuce is Space Lettuce.

I went out and asked people what they actually know about the lettuce they’re eating. The answers did not inspire confidence. Ours is a different story. It’s never touched the ground, never seen a contaminated water source, and was carefully crafted right here in our brewery.

Is it technically a b**r? Yes. Does it count as your daily greens? We think so.

We got into brewing because we love b**r. We stayed because of what b**r makes possible.

Over the last month, we watched the summer of soccer energy take over our taprooms, local joints, and living rooms. Strangers high-fiving, friends holding their breath, and chants being screamed.

That’s the heart of it for us: bringing people together and deepening relationships over the best b**r.

Dr. Robot started as a running joke in the brewhouse.

This b**r was so tricky to make consistently, we said you needed the brain of a doctor to understand the science and the precision of a robot to nail it every time.

Behind that gorgeous pink pour is a tightly controlled kettle-souring process, fresh raspberry and lemon, and a whole lot of timing, temperature checks, and technical know-how. Every step has to hit just right to get the tartness, color, and flavor we’re after.

The funny part? All that work goes into making a b**r that feels completely effortless to drink.
