I am so honored to be a Mother and to be surrounded by such incredible women. Brooklyn came to me ,when I didn't even realize how much I needed her. I don't say that to put pressure on her, but to say God gave me such joy and life through her. She was perfect from day one. When I say that it's not because I expect perfection, but for me she is perfect because of who she is. She is loving, funny, independent,fierce, knows her mind and will, gentle. Even when her choices aren't great ,she comes back to what is good. I know that sounds like alot for me to say about my 1yr old, but personalities start early. She has great character. I'm excited to be her mommy and walk with her through life. I'm not always the best and get tired. But I'm always glad she's mine.
The other lady in these pictures is my mommy. I aspire to be like her as a mommy. She is everything I just wrote about Brooklyn ,but a lot more wise lol She has been my rock and walked me thru so much. She has been through so much ,but still has been so selfless. She knows what it means to be a mommy. You put them first. "Me time" is important. But there has never been a time when I needed her that she wasn't there. I love my baby, my mom, my sisters , my wonderful friends and the beautiful ladies I have had the opportunity to share life with. So on this beautiful Sunday - Happy Mother's Day!❤️

Ok so it's been a minute. But I'm still here lol I moved about 8 months ago back to my hometown Thomaston, Ga. Well, since being back one thing I've really missed is fresh,quality produce . I mean with being a personal trainer -it's kinda of important to eat the part lol plus it tastes delicious. But I was living in a more urban area, where access to quality meats and produce was so close at hand. So imagine my explosion of joy when I found that my own hometown had a farm ,fresh, produce delivery service🤗❤️ I'm like omg yasssss . So I wanted to shout out to Ms. Patti ,who with her son ,delivers a wonderful box of produce right to my door. It's always a fun surprise with what's inside. This week its- Brussel Sprouts , Green Beans, White Potatoes, Collards( ), Romaine, Tomatoes,Strawberries and the most Beautiful Big Red Pepper. It's comes every week for 6 weeks at $45. And comes straight to my door.
Last week I received green beans, honeydew melon, black eyed peas (fresh) ,Amish bread, kale, tomatoes ,potatoes sweet and white, onions. Check them out ,follow them and order from them. You won't regret it! https://www.facebook.com/pages/category/Farm/BluebirdCSA/posts/

Ugghh. My mom made me sob. Good grief
It is good to hear good things about yourself I do alot of self trash talk. But I know for each of us it's so important to speak positive things about ourselves. Truly the Bible talks about the power of words.

Food for thought
Whenever you go to say something about yourself - Note what you say, will be who you become. This can go either way ,be it positive or negative.
So I will declare this- Although I am not completely there yet, I will be a person who speaks life over herself and over others. I will believe this and walk wholely in this.

What else can be said coffee is life ,especially when your a mom😁😁
A few moments of quiet to enjoy!(knock on wood)lol. I love being a mom but having those few moments of quiet before the day really starts, makes everything so much better

It takes you 15mins to do a small anaerobic workout then it takes 15mins. To get your afterworkout pic. Lol
I am just now getting back into working out. Now that's a hard thing to say ,especially being a personal trainer. It's a crazy time(so 2020).
I took this picture for me, to motivate myself.
I like to be honest and to motivate people. Going to the gym right now can be really difficult due to Covid.
I have not had the opportunity, as of late, to go the gym. I ,even as a personal trainer, keep forgetting about working out at home. Crazy ,I know! But I have always been used to going to the gym. So I am having to use brain power to implement something new. 😂
In the meantime, I have been trying to be conscientious of my food intake. Trying to take in more anti inflammatory foods -egg whites, tuna, apples , Greek yogurt, nuts berries etc. Although I still take in fried food and tons of coffee. But better to be honest then glam it all to miss that. Those things are important to ,in order to keep you in balance.
But cannot wait to start using weights again to put on more mass and weight. Requiring more in take of protein. But I would like to make this my first attempt at keeping a new healthy regiment of working out from home and gaining what I desire. Here's to new healthy tools for a healthy life mentally,emotionally and spiritually. Stay strong through covid
