We had the pleasure of catering for the VIP tent of the 25th anniversary Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival this past Saturday. They loved it so much that they already booked us again for next year! Woot woot!!

Dishes are as follows:

- Garden salad w/ house made ranch and balsamic dressing
- Italian cold cut hoagie sliders w/ a giardiniera spread
- Caprese skewers and pesto coated tortellini skewers
- Mini cheese balls and a cucumber tomato salad
- Cuban sliders
- Slaw burger sliders (slaw and mustard served on the side)
- 4 cheese and pimento cheese mac and cheese cups

Another successful catering in the books! It was a pleasure to cook at ’s beautiful lodge which also came with a spectacular view of the Appalachian Mountains 🏞🌄

This family style lineup included:

- Peach, honey infused goat cheese and candied pecan spring salad with a peach and apricot vinaigrette
- Seafood Newburg (lobster, scallops and cod) with house made puff pastry
- Beef short ribs slow braised in a bourbon barrel aged red wine
- Celery root and potato purée
- Roasted asparagus with parmigiana cheese
- Peach and vanilla panettone bread pudding

Celebration spread for Tracy Findley Barth’s birthday party at Left Nut Brewing tonight! (explains why everything is on beer in the cooler 😆)

- Charcuterie boards with assorted meats, hard cheeses, garlic cheese curds, baked Brie topped with apple maple butter and spiced pecans, crackers, herbed goat cheese roll, chipotle pumpkin butter, Basil Hayden bourbon figgy jam, halved strawberries and grapefruit, cornichons, pistachios and grapes
- Blistered tomato and goat cheese palmiers
- Ham, Dijon and Swiss palmiers
- Apple Pie spiced sous vide pork belly sliders with an apple mustard spread and fresh arugula
- Truffled spinach and artichoke dip in a bread bowl with hunks of bread for dipping
- White bean dip topped with a red pepper coulis also in a bread bowl with veggies for dipping
- Traditional Italian cold cut sliders with house giardiniera spread
- Sliced baguette with two infused oil dips (sage and white pepper/Rosemary and garlic)
- Pickled Apple slices, butternut squash slices and sweet pepper and pearl red onions
