Fried Pimento Cheese Balls

1 container Trade & Tryon Pimento Cheese, chilled
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Oil for frying

Mix chilled pimento cheese with cheddar, roll into 1-inch balls, freeze 20 min.
Dredge in flour, egg, then panko.
Fry at 350°F for 2-3 min until golden.
Drain and serve warm.
