It was an exciting Friday night cooking at a private home with and at another auction dinner. Didn’t get any finished pictures of my dessert or mignardis but that’s how it goes 🤷🏽‍♀️. Got to remake my corn panna cotta and it was just as big of a hit as a few years back. This time paired with fresh blueberries from , lemon pepper caramel corn and some fried thyme. Mignardis plates were handmade by me 😬

Thinking this year’s my auction item is going to be a 7 course dessert tasting… anyone interested?

Real talk… every wedding reception should be dessert only!!

Who needs a seated dinner when you can have tuxedo chocolate-dipped strawberries, cheesecake lollipops, floral cupcakes, key lime pies, chocolate mousse cups, French macarons, and wedding cake?

I’m just saying… love is sweet, and dinner is boring.

In 2020, I found myself baking dozens upon dozens of cupcakes—an exercise in both comfort and quiet creativity during a time that asked us all to slow down. What began as a simple way to bring a touch of sweetness to others became something far more meaningful.

Looking back, it was a season defined by intention—refining, creating, and finding beauty in the smallest details. Each cupcake, a small but thoughtful expression of joy, and something I truly enjoyed creating.
