As the years went on he joined the Navy and continued with his love of cooking by attending Culinary School and obtaining his Degree. He has since then worked his way up in the culinary world by cooking at places like Plantation Golf Resort in Crystal River, Florida. He then obtained a Chef position at The Carter Center in downtown Atlanta, Georgia, where he had the pleasure of cooking for Preside
nt Jimmy Carter and his wife Rosalynn as well as President Bill Clinton and many others. He then moved forward to obtain a Chefs position at The Ritz-Carlton in Greensboro, Georgia; where he was the Sushi Chef for one very well-known lady's wedding. This very multi-talented Chefs cooking and experience speaks for its self. Dana has a love of baking like no other. She has grown up in the food industry but has always had a passion for baking. As a small child she would watch her grandmother make cakes and pies from scratch and loved how the sweet aroma’s filled the house. Dana attended a class at DeKalb College in Stone Mountain, Georgia for Cake Decorating. She then obtained a job at American Fare as a Cake Decorator. From there Dana choose to stay at home with her children, but has not lost her desire to bake for all occasions for all her friends and family. Her mouthwatering Cheesecakes are simply irresistible as well as her made from scratch cakes and pies. Together these two make an unstoppable team.
