Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta 🧈🍗
Creamy, garlicky, and loaded with tender chicken – this pasta is the ultimate comfort food! Ready in 30 minutes!
✨ Ingredients (Serves 4):
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
8 oz pasta (fettuccine, penne, or spaghetti)
4 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
🔪 Instructions:
Cook the pasta al dente according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden (5-6 mins). Remove and set aside.
Make the sauce: In the same skillet, melt remaining 3 tbsp butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3-4 mins until slightly thickened.
Combine: Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat, adding pasta water as needed for creaminess.
Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve immediately!

Swap chicken for shrimp or mushrooms for a twist!
Add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
