Standard Pricing for Packaging and Moving Services
Packaging Services
Hourly Rate for Packing Only:

Small Jobs (1-2 rooms): $25–$50/hour per packer
Medium Jobs (3-4 rooms): $35–$60/hour per packer
Large Jobs (Full house or 5+ rooms): $50–$75/hour per packer
Flat Rate for Packing Supplies:

Specialty Packing (e.g., fragile items): Additional $10–$20 per item
Moving Services
Hourly Rate for Moving Only (Labor + Transportation):

Small Moves (Studio/1 Bedroom Apartment): $100–$150/hour (2 movers + truck)
Medium Moves (2-3 Bedroom Home): $150–$250/hour (3-4 movers + truck)
Large Moves (4+ Bedroom Home or Office): $250–$400/hour (5+ movers + truck)
Flat Rate for Moves:

Local Moves (Within 50 miles): $300–$1,200 depending on size
Long-Distance Moves (Over 50 miles): $1,000–$5,000 or $0.50–$1.00 per pound
Additional Services (Optional Fees)
Furniture Disassembly and Assembly: $25–$50 per large item
Stair Carry Fee: $25–$75 if items are moved up or down multiple

Specialty Items:
Pianos, pool tables, safes: $150–$500 per item
After-Hours or Weekend Moves: Additional 10–20% surcharge
Storage Services (if offered): $50–$200/month depending on space

Packages Basic Packing & Moving:

$350 (Includes 2 hours of packing, 2 hours of moving, and basic supplies for a small apartment)
Premium Full-Service Move:

$1,200 (Includes 5 hours of packing, 5 hours of moving, packing materials, disassembly/reassembly, and 3 movers for a medium home)
Long-Distance Move (100+ Miles):

$3,500 (Includes packaging, moving, and delivery for a large home with specialty items)
