This month’s venue highlight is the Atlanta Botanical Garden.

The garden is located in Atlanta’s Piedmont Park, just a few paces from Midtown’s heart. There are fourteen available locations for events on their garden grounds, from the traditional indoor banquet event spaces called Mershon Hall and Day Hall to the intimate, evergreen Japanese gardens to the secluded, placid Gardens in Storza Woods to the unbeatable vistas at the Alston Overlook, perfect for social and corporate events of all sizes.

This month’s venue highlight is Callanwolde Fine Arts Center, a 27,000 square foot mansion located in the historic Druid Hills neighborhood, framed by mature trees and beautiful gardens.

Inside the mansion—old-world craftsmanship at its best—walnut floors and paneling, 12-foot ceilings, and a grand staircase, framed by a solid limestone archway that spills out into a great hall. Outside: terraces, a fountain, sprawling lawns and formal gardens.

This month’s venue highlight is The Wimbish House.

Designed in the eclectic French Renaissance Revival, or Chateau-esque, style, this lovely Victorian-era home is distinguished by steep gables, intricate detailing, and massive stone masonry ornamentation.

Located at 1150 Peachtree Street and now a beloved Midtown icon, The Wimbish House is lovingly restored and is designated a national, state and city landmark. The Wimbish House is owned by The Atlanta Woman's Club, and funds from its operation are used to support the Club’s charitable activities.
