đź“° A new edition of The Liberty Line is here.
This week, we’re answering one of the most common questions we receive:
“How is h**p-derived THC federally legal?”
Both h**p and ma*****na come from the same plant species, Cannabis sativa. The legal difference comes down to Delta-9 THC concentration. Under federal law, h**p contains 0.3% Delta-9 THC or less by dry weight. Anything above that threshold is classified as ma*****na.
Understanding this distinction — and the 2018 Farm Bill — helps clarify how h**p-derived products are legally produced and sold.
At Liberty13, transparency matters. We believe informed customers make confident decisions.
