Crispy Fried Pastry Recipe

Crispy Potato Wedges + Creamy Herb Dip
(Serves 4 – 10 min prep, 40 min cook)
Wedges

4–5 large potatoes
3 tbsp oil (olive or veg)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
Fresh parsley/chives (for finish)

Dip

½ cup mayo (or yogurt)
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped herbs
Salt & pepper

Steps

Cut potatoes into wedges (skin on)
Toss with oil + spices
Bake 220°C / 425°F – 35–45 min (flip halfway) till crispy & golden
Mix all dip ingredients
Sprinkle hot wedges with fresh herbs → serve with dip

Done! Crispy outside, fluffy inside. Enjoy 😋
