Pineapple (labeled as a 4 closer to a 3)
Mango scotch bonnet (labeled as a 2 closer to a 3.5/4) next batch of labels will reflect this

I have been looking forward to personally being at the Olde Beaufort Farmer's Market for a while, but Sean has been doing such a great job there that it didn’t make sense to take that from him. Well, for the next few weeks yall are stuck with me! Hope to see you guys tmmr! 9-1!

This has nothing to do with hot sauce but fontina cheese is the best cheese out there.

Side note maybe it does make a grilled cheese with fontina and dump Carolina Cayenne all over it .

Just a random Thursday night reach out - I always do our best to keep our sauces the same as last batch . The only ones I’ve tweaked lately are spice of pizza and holy guacamole. If you have tried them you know both are for the better. I made each sauce more expensive to me to make, but both deserved the treatment / beef up. Pizza is a little milder (still easy 4/5) and more garlic / parm , and guac is just honestly a wickedly awesome avocado flavor bomb. I literally
doubled the amount of avocado in it - and it shows. Guac has been #1 seller at market past 4 weeks. If you haven’t tried it it really is incredible yet mild, and the new pizza continues to be in the top 3! Pepper heat does vary per batch just keep that in mind, so some batches may be a touch hotter or milder depending on batch we get. It annoys me too lol. Anyways, yall rock! The love for hoop pole lately has been truly insane. You guys make me stoked as hell to make every batch, and make the labeling process worth it 🤣 I apppreciate every one of you!!!
