how I like to ensure squareness on the roof framing and plumb on the gable end! first of all it helps if the posts and trusses are all on center, plumb, and square! so be sure to get that part perfect first! once my strong is ran and the first panel is flush with the gable end facia, the rest is history! you have to watch the sheets as you go down the line, they'll try to walk up hill or downhill sometimes, your string will show you! everything comes out flawless this way!

I was able to work on the build in Chumuckla Sunday some, they didn't have much damage on the southern end of Chumuckla like they did on the north side and towards Jay, surprisingly! I was able to get all the transition flashing in, rake on the rear, and some of the top of the corner trim in complicated areas, and started on the front truss cover framing to get it ready for Dylan. Dylan was able to work on it today and got the angel trim and j-mold up after finishing the little bit of framing left, and got a panel up. He will be back tomorrow for me and should finish the panels and rake on the front after a full day. So I'll have to go back probably the second week in November to look over everything one final time.

I am working 7 days a week for the shutdown work here in Monticello and won't get off until probably the second weekend in November if everything goes well with the outage scopes of work. Then I'll mobilize from Chumuckla to the 30*40 permitted build in Foley area on Fish River. While I'm there I'll be scoping out an enclosure job Mr. Hafner has already agreed on numbers with. Then sometime late winter I should be able to start on a big Engineered build in the Baker area and he has agreed to work with whatever my time frame with the industrial company I'm with allows. I'm hoping to be done in Ms after the outage and be home for a good while, as I'm getting burnt out on being gone from home too long. I won't know if I'll have some off time with the company at the end of the year or not until we get towards the end of the outage. But if I get some off time from the company I will be back to building barns during the week and enjoying vacation time and deer hunting this winter also! So I'm still booked into next year but I can't predict my time frame at all.

Jay got it rough! We just went through to bring a generator to my in laws house and Jay reminds me of how Atmore looked after Ivan came through! Like a war zone! I feel for the people around Jay for sure!
