Known for their docile nature, Herefords are great for junior exhibitors, but this steer takes it a step further. He's puppy-dog gentle, easy to halter, and the kind that quickly becomes a favorite around the barn. We can't guarantee your kid won't fall in love with him!

While this April-born steer may still look a little green today, he's already leading his pen mates in pounds gained since weaning. Keep the feed in front of him and watch him thrive into a stout, heavy-made fat steer. This one has all the tools to do it!

As you start thinking about your 2027 beef project, our farm has decided to change things up this year!

We’re excited to announce that we will be supporting the first annual Michigan Hereford Association Fall Spectacular Sale on October 18, 2026, hosted by Smart Auctions!

We’ll be committing three lots — two steers and one bull prospect — to the online auction alongside outstanding cattle from other Michigan Hereford Breeders.
