I decided to try to make "basket tacos" today. Like ones Ive tried on Monterrey, México.

I made Carne Deshebrada (Shredded beef) , Papa con chorizo (Potatoes & Chorizo) and Frijoles (beans).

The technique is so difficult! Yet rewarding. I will be doing more of these soon for sure!

Another great Taco Tuesday! We all love tacos and I love making them. Yesterday I made Carnitas and salsa Morita.

So, 5 years ago I traveled to Monterrey, México for the first time and I tried carnitas and they were so delicious they quickly became my favorite Mexican dish. Today, for the first time I made them, and it turned out pretty good. I will keep perfecting my recipe!

BTW! I got my new grill . It is amazing, and will be my new workhorse! 😎
