Instructions:
Cook 12 oz bowtie pasta according to package directions until tender. Drain and set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add 1 lb ground beef and 1 small chopped onion.
Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is soft, then drain excess grease.
Stir in 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
Pour in 1 cup beef broth and 1 cup milk.
Add 8 oz cubed processed cheese and 4 oz cream cheese.
Reduce the heat to low and stir until the cheeses are completely melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet.
Stir gently until every piece of pasta is coated in the cheesy beef sauce.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes over low heat until everything is hot and creamy.
If the sauce gets too thick, stir in a splash of milk until it reaches your preferred consistency.
Serve hot.
Creamy, beefy, extra cheesy, and made with simple ingredients, this is the kind of comfort-food pasta everyone goes back for seconds of.
