Help Wanted: CDL Driver for Farm Work at Seifert Farms

Are you a skilled CDL driver looking for a rewarding opportunity in agriculture? Seifert Farms is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to our farm's success.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain farm vehicles, including trucks and specialized equipment.
Transport crops, livestock, and farm supplies safely and efficiently.
Assist with general farm duties as needed, such as loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, and performing maintenance tasks.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the job.

Qualifications:

Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a clean driving record.
Experience in agricultural or farm-related work preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Equipment operator / Farm Employee -

Welcome to RTS Family Farms! We are looking to expand our team and fill a seat. In this role you will be delivering grain, driving agriculture equipment, and hauling seeds, chemicals, or fertilizer to our fields.

We provide a family-oriented, fun and fast-paced work environment. We use the latest John Deere technology in most of our equipment. Hours do vary by season but typically our workdays end around 4 or 5pm.

We offer a competitive hourly wage based on experience, time and a half overtime pay, paid lunch, holiday pay, paid vacation, and bonuses. Insurance available.

What you will be doing:

Driving, hauling, and delivering grain and inputs such as seed, chemicals, or fertilizer to fields.

Mowing roadsides and waterways.

Performing preventative and basic maintenance on agriculture equipment.

Loadaing/Unloading grain bins and setting up grain bin sites.

Assisting all areas of the farm when needed.

This job is for you if you have:

Prior truck driving experience and/or farm/agricultural experience is preferred but not required. If you are willing to learn we are willing to teach.

Class A CDL or willingness to obtain.

Ability to adapt and utilize new technology.

Punctual, self-motivated, and an honest attitude.

Mechanical skills and large equipment maintenance.

Must be able to pass drug test and background screening.
