RADIO SOURCE — FUNDRAISER FOR HOPE & DON RAY
Hello Radio Source and Family Tradition BBQ & More friends and family,
Hey everybody, we want to take a few minutes to talk about something that means a whole lot to us.
If you've followed Radio Source for any length of time, you've probably heard us talk about the people who support this band. But sometimes those people become much more than fans or sponsors.
They become family.
Two of those people are our very good friends, Don and Hope Ray.
Hope is currently fighting Stage 4 pancreatic and liver cancer.
And while Hope is fighting the biggest battle imaginable, Don is right there beside her—doing everything he can to take care of his wife while also trying to keep up with the bills, medical expenses, and all of the everyday costs that don't stop just because life suddenly gets incredibly difficult.
Don and Hope have been tremendous supporters of Radio Source, and our biggest sponsor thur the years All American Towing & Recovery.
Now it's our turn to support them.
Radio Source is starting a GoFundMe for Don and Hope, and we're asking our Radio Source family, our friends, our fans, and our community to help us take a little bit of the financial weight off their shoulders so they can concentrate on what matters most:
Hope's fight and their time together.
And we're going to give somebody a pretty incredible thank-you for helping.
Our friends at Guitar Center Augusta have generously donated a Mitchell guitar, and every member of Radio Source is signing it.
We're going to give away that guitar to help raise money for Don and Hope.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
For every $25 you donate to the fundraiser, your name will be entered once into the drawing.
Donate $25 — one entry.
Donate $50 — two entries.
Donate $100 — four entries.
And every dollar raised is about helping Don and Hope through this fight. Every penny will go to them.
We'll draw the winner November 14th at the end of Radio Source's big show at the Hardin Auditorium. Please search for "Radio Source Rocks the Hardin Auditorium" on TicketMaster if you wish to be present for the drawing. But you DO NOT have to be present to win. So even if you can't make it to the show, you can still donate, help an incredible couple, and have a chance to take home a signed Radio Source guitar.
But more importantly, you can help two people who have spent years supporting others when they need that support returned the most.
