What do you cover your elderberry with?
Entire tree or just the berries? Mine is finally loaded and I want to make elderberry syrup for the fam!

This was Ol’ Red. She was 10, the OG, grandma of the flock! Today we lost her. We saw it coming but doesn’t make it any easier having a loss.
She arrived in May 2016. Back then she was just one of a handful of chicks. That group became the gateway to everything!! The gardens, the egg stand, the flock…. EVERYTHING! The lifestyle!

She was part of the foundation.
Thank you for the decade old girl. ❤️

The charger we picked before would have taken DAYS to charge the battery, so I’m stalking Amazon this morning!

Now since we are on day 6… should we see how long the battery COULD last or just go ahead and charge knowing we can make it 6 days!? 🧐

Pepper Plants in Garden | We’ve FINALLY had lots of rain and the pepper plants are peppering!

If your main goal for the garden this year was to make seasoning in your mill (has to be dried), what would you make of these? Making sure I’m not missing out on an awesome seasoning!
