Shrimp, tomato, avocado, cilantro, jalapeño, olive oil, fresh squeezed lime juice, and some West Coast AP!

Give it all a good mix and toss on a fried tortilla, topped with some and some Valentina black label! I could have ate 10 of these!

Looking for a little kick to your soup? We made this all from scratch.

Smoked the chicken with our West Coast Blend then cooked the carcass down with onion and celery for stock.

Sauteed onions, carrots, celery, potatoes and garlic. Added cubed chicken and stock. 1 tsp Competition Blend for some 🔥 and parsley and its ready to roll!

Today in we made a simple but flavorful Chicken Alfredo using the Poultry in Motion Seasoning. This seasoning is very aromatic and you can smell it through the kitchen as you cook. But once you’re done it is not overpowering and really compliments the chicken and was great once mixed in with the homemade Alfredo Sauce. 10/10 for this one. If you have this you don’t need anything else for chicken.

**WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER**

Made chicken three ways for dinner last night. We had yet ANOTHER heat advisory, with the heat index sitting at 108° at 1800.

So, these were seared in a cast iron, then finished in a 400° oven. Either way- cooking food with some of our favorite rubs is always a blast!

All three were sprayed with before seasoning!
