Recently one of my juice clients shared something with me that really stuck.
She told me that after years of blood work, her doctor mentioned a heart-related marker and immediately suggested medication. The interesting part was that this woman had already made incredible lifestyle changes — she had lost over 30 pounds, removed processed foods and sugar, and completely changed the way she eats.
It made me think about how powerful real food and daily habits can be for supporting our health.
That conversation inspired me to create something new through Taste Tree.
I’m starting a 30-Day Heart Support Routine built around fresh juices made with ingredients known for supporting circulation and antioxidant balance — things like beets, berries, pomegranate, leafy greens, ginger, and citrus.
The routine is simple:
Each week you receive a fresh set of juices.
You drink one per day Monday–Saturday as part of a daily wellness routine.
Because the juices are fresh, we would meet or deliver once per week.
To begin, I’m opening 5 founding member spots as I build this program.
