Instructions

Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard until creamy.
Add the cooked beef mixture and chopped pickles.
Fold in cheddar, mozzarella, and Monterey Jack cheese.

Crispy breaded chicken breasts baked until golden, topped with marinara sauce, melted mozzarella, Parmesan, and herbs. A simple, cheesy family dinner that looks just like the photo.

Ingredients
For the Chicken

8 chicken breasts or chicken cutlets
2 cups breadcrumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

For the Sauce and Topping

1 1/2 cups marinara sauce or tomato pasta sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.

Grease a large baking dish with a little olive oil or nonstick spray.

Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.

In one bowl, place the flour.

In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
