Our 2025 Bubbly Masterclass had a fantastic turnout! With the help of WSET Diploma Candidate; Certified French Wine Professional and Certified North & Central Italian Wine Specialist- we explored some classic Champagne and Crémant - and most discovered new regions and styles. We discussed the Ancestral Method, the classic and traditional Champenoise method, and the Martinotti method.
We performed flawless sabrage on three bottles and many had the opportunity to try a porró for the first time with a Cava!
