1/2 tsp Salt
Black pepper

Instructions:
Spicy Mayo:
In a bowl combine the mayo, lime juice, sensitive sriracha, sugar and hot pepper flakes (if using). Stir well and place into fridge until serving time.
Marinade:
In another small bowl combine the paprika, soya sauce, maple syrup, olive oil, sensitive sriracha, salt & pepper. Combine well.
Cut the salmon fillets into 1” chunks.
Put the salmon & marinade into a bag and gently massage the marinade to cover the salmon. Place into fridge until ready to cook.
Prepare your rice and vegetables. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the container.
When ready to eat:
In a frying pan on medium low heat cook the salmon chunks turning them often to brown all sides and cook through. Don’t overcook the salmon or it’ll become dry and too dark on the outside.
Assemble the bowl:
Each bowl gets some rice and salmon chunks. Then add your toppings and spicy mayo.
Enjoy!
