Red Lentil Balls🧆

• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 onion
• 1 carrot
• 15g butter
• 100g red lentils
• Water
• 20g whole-grain flour
• Salt, paprika, turmeric
• Olive oil
• 2 tomatoes
• Olives
• Parsley, mint
• 1 yellow bell pepper

• Thinly slice the onion, carrot, and garlic and cook in a pan.
• Add the lentils, water, flour, and season.
• Let cook, then form the mixture into balls.
• Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350°F.
• In a pan, cook the tomato, onion, and olives.
• Add the parsley, mint, and a yellow bell pepper.

Chicken Avocado Wrap 🌯

• 1/2 avocado
• 30g cream cheese
• 80g chicken
• Guacamole spices
• Salt/pepper
• 1 wrap
• Cherry tomatoes

• In a bowl, mash the avocado with the cream cheese, add the chicken, and spices.
• Place the mixture on the wrap, add the tomatoes, and fold.
• Pan-fry for 5 minutes on each side.

Soft Chocolate Cookie🍫

• 1 egg
• 1 avocado
• 100g brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 50g cocoa powder
• 40g flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 60g 70% dark chocolate

• In a bowl, mix one egg with the avocado puree, sugar, and vanilla extract.
• In another bowl, add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda, then add the first mixture.
• Add the chocolate chips.
• Bake for 8-10 minutes at 300F.

Banana and Chocolate Cake 🍌🍫

• 1 egg
• 50g sugar
• 50cl oil
• 10cl milk
• 30g cocoa powder
• 120g flour
• Baking powder
• 6 bananas
• 20g butter
• Vanilla sugar

• In a bowl, mix the egg, sugar, oil, and milk.
• Add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
• In a skillet, heat the butter and vanilla sugar.
• Place the bananas in the skillet and cook for a few minutes.
• Add the first mixture, cover, and cook for about ten minutes.

Cinnamon Roll Mugcake☕️

• 50g flour
• 10g sugar
• 60ml water
• Vanilla flavoring
• 3g yeast
• 20g butter
• 8g brown sugar
• Cinnamon

• Mix the flour, sugar, and water.
• Add the vanilla, yeast, and melted butter.
• For the topping, mix melted butter with brown sugar and cinnamon.
• Pour the mixture into a mug and add the topping.
• Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.

Red Berry Cheesecake🫐🍓

• 1 oz oatmeal
• 0.35 oz peanut butter
• 7 oz light cream cheese
• 0.5 oz honey
• Lemon zest
• 1 egg
• Jam
• Fresh fruit

• Mix the peanut butter with the oatmeal.
• Place the mixture in the bottom of a mug.
• Mix the cream cheese with the honey and lemon zest.
• Add an egg to the mixture and place it in the mug.
• Microwave for 1 minute at 800W.
• Remove the cake from the mold and top with jam and fresh fruit.

Butternut Squash Pasta 😋🍽

• 18 oz butternut squash
• 9 oz of mushrooms
• 3 cloves garlic
• 11 oz of chicken
• Salt/pepper
• A little water
• Olive oil
• 4 oz of pasta
• 1 oz Parmesan cheese

• Cut the butternut squash into cubes and place in a baking dish.
• Add the mushrooms and the previously cooked chicken.
• Add the garlic, olive oil, and season.
• Add a little water on top.
• Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.
• Mix everything together and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Spinach and Feta Lasagna🍽

• 4 green onions
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 300g spinach
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons dill
• Salt/pepper
• 115g feta cheese
• 115g grated mozzarella cheese
• 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

• Chop the green onions and sauté them in a pan with the spinach.
• In a bowl, combine the eggs, flour, baking powder, and milk.
• Add the cooked spinach to the mixture and season.
• Add the crumbled feta cheese and mozzarella cheese, and mix everything together.
• Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 40-45 minutes at 350F.
