Red Lentil Balls🧆
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 onion
• 1 carrot
• 15g butter
• 100g red lentils
• Water
• 20g whole-grain flour
• Salt, paprika, turmeric
• Olive oil
• 2 tomatoes
• Olives
• Parsley, mint
• 1 yellow bell pepper
• Thinly slice the onion, carrot, and garlic and cook in a pan.
• Add the lentils, water, flour, and season.
• Let cook, then form the mixture into balls.
• Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350°F.
• In a pan, cook the tomato, onion, and olives.
• Add the parsley, mint, and a yellow bell pepper.
