Traveled to Hempstead Texas this weekend last minute decision! Had a great time, hung out with some ! Got to work on the meats Friday night, and Saturday had a smooth cook, turned in what I thought was good bbq and the judges agreed.

Once the smoke settled I was blessed with
5th Place Ribs 🐷
5th Place Pork 🐖
6th Place Brisket 🐮
