1. Prepare cake mix according to box directions in a domed cake pan or oven-safe bowl. Let cool completely.⁠
2. Remove all foil from frosting tub. Right before serving, microwave frosting for 30-45 seconds or until frosting is pourable.⁠
3. Place cake on serving plate. Place your large round cookie cutter in the center, gently pressing just slightly into the cake. Fill with melted frosting, and top with sprinkles.⁠
