Country & Western brings a fresh angle to the contemporary West Coast IPA — showing off a clean, steady-going bitterness that intermingles both classic and contemporary hop aromatics! With a double dose of Crosby’s Strata CGX in the whirlpool, even more in the fermentor, and accented with Centennial, HBC 638, and Mosaic, this IPA delivers pronounced notes of blood orange, freshly-picked strawberries, and soft ponderosa — we get a little lychee and sweet cannabis boppin’ around in the background too.

Brewed by the women of St. Elmo, Selena was made with this year’s Pink Boots Blend (Amarillo, HBC 638, Mosaic, Ekuanot). We did things a little differently on this one — no traditional dry hop! Instead, we “dip-hopped,” adding those Pink Boots hops right as fermentation kicked off so the yeast could work its magic. The result? Big hop character without the bite. We’re getting notes of sweet citrus, pine, and a gentle floral finish that keeps everything smoooooth and crushable.⁣⁣

We’re getting fruity pebbles, a tropical pop, and a gentle dank finish. It drinks bright, snappy, and endlessly crushable, but with just enough hop character to keep things interesting. ⁣
